Our friendly Customer Services is located near Centre Court between Vodafone and the Sunglass Hut and is open during normal trading hours. Use the Sisson Drive car park building, or the Main North Road car park to best access Customer Services.

Our team can provide you with a wide range of helpful information, including a Metrocard service, Gift Card sales and the hire of wheelchairs, a mobility scooter, Kiddy Cars and pushchairs.  Please note, it is essential to book use of our wheelchairs and mobility scooter.

Our caregivers’ room is a child friendly space designed for your convenience. It is equipped with microwaves, toddler toilets, change tables and screened seated areas for your feeding privacy.

Our caregivers’ room is located:

• near the Warehouse between Beauty Co and Professionail

A baby change area is also located:

• at the end of the corridor past the female bathrooms, near our foodcourt

Our toilets are located:

• corridor behind the foodcourt; and
• near the Warehouse between Beauty Co and Professionail

Please feel free to breastfeed your baby anywhere in the centre, however, if you’d like somewhere more private, we welcome you to use our caregivers’ rooms.

Our playground can be found near our food court, opposite The Frontrunner and Hannahs.

The playground is suitable for children aged two to six years old.

Doing what’s right in sustainability is important to us.

A new electric vehicle (EV) charging station is now open and is located on the P2 upper deck near the entry to Farmers. This station is for type 1 chargers, but we will be looking to include type 2 soon. Plug in your electric vehicle and charge while you shop and all for FREE.

Giving all of our customers the opportunity to shop, dine and be entertained is important to us. We have a separate accessible bathroom in each of our toilet areas, as well as dedicated accessibility parks.

Our accessible parks are located at our ASB entrance, PAK’NSave carpark, Langdons Road entrance, Ray White entrance, Farmers entrance, House of Travel entrance, and our Countdown carpark.

Cars parked in clearly marked accessible parks without an appropriate permit are liable to be ticketed.
